By installing and using Sketchingo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

What the app does

Sketchingo converts a photograph you provide into black-and-white line art that you can colour on your device. The conversion is performed by an automated image model. Results vary depending on the photograph, and we make no promise about the artistic quality or accuracy of any particular result.

Photos you use

You are responsible for the photographs you convert. By using the app you confirm that you have the right to use each photo you upload, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

Please do not upload photographs of other people without their knowledge, illegal content, or material you do not have permission to use.

Who owns the results

The coloring pages you create are yours. We claim no ownership over them and place no restriction on printing, sharing or using them, including commercially.

Bear in mind that this concerns our rights only. If you photograph something that is itself protected, such as a licensed character, a piece of artwork or a branded product, converting it into line art does not give you rights to that underlying work. That remains your responsibility, particularly if you intend to publish or sell the result.

Availability

Generating a coloring page requires an internet connection and depends on services we do not control. The app may be temporarily unavailable, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Your saved coloring pages live on your device. Uninstalling the app, clearing its data or losing the device will remove them, and we hold no backup that could restore them.

Fair use of the service

Please use the app as intended. Do not attempt to access the service by means other than the app itself, automate requests, or otherwise place an unreasonable load on the infrastructure. We may limit or block access where necessary to keep the service working for everyone.

Paid features

Some features may require payment in the future. Any purchase would be processed by Google Play and governed by their terms, including their rules on refunds and cancellations.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost work, lost data or any indirect damages arising from the use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app develops. The date at the top will reflect any change, and continuing to use the app means accepting the current version.
